3rd week since joining the gym. Been going 4 days a week and I am feeling like I am making progress, even if not visually yet, I am feeling better mentally and physically, I am sleeping better and have more focus. I have a exercise regiment and was gifted Herbalife to help kickstart my weightloss for a month. I am excited and feeling very hopeful for the first time in a while. 💪🙏👌
