Just had lunch: premade vegan meatballs, jarred sauce, and pappardelle. I saw this package of pasta and it looked so pretty in the package, I just had to buy it. Delicious. My measured serving of pasta and meatballs. Bought at my favorite store, Trader Joe's.
Taking some shortcuts because I've been spending too much time cooking and it was stressing me out. I did try some good recipes and will make them again.
I've been under a lot of stress lately, but have been able to keep logging in my food and working on bad eating habits. This morning I got on the scale and it was down 3 pounds from where it was. I felt victorious. It has been fluctuating some. I got through the weekend feeling good about having begun to manage to paper and filing buildup in the office. I did laundry and kitchen things, but made myself stop at 2:30 on Sunday to relax. I usually just work all day Sunday into the evening with few breaks, after sitting a couple hours in the morning drinking coffee, reading and avoiding thinking about anything. I can't do this to myself any longer. I am going to find time to paint and draw, too. It's one of the most important things to me.
So now I have to get with the exercising. Maybe a walk after dinner with my husband? Doing better with drinking water, but still need improvement.
