These were my nutrition goals for the Month of May:

These were my May daily averages for the month: 2375 cal, 209g fat, 94g pro, 23g carbs,

Protein OVER by 37g ....note THIS NUMBER is much lower than prior months.
Carbs over by 4g ( average 23g of carbs per day) ....note I am pretty happy with 23g daily ave

I started the month of MAY at 300 pounds. I ended at 297.4 and that includes a 9 day trip to the UK with long 8 hour flights & limited exercise..... Total loss for May... 2.6 pounds


FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE.... I am going to continue to push myself to these goals.
I will also be a part of a June Challenge to do 10 minutes exercise OUTSIDE daily.
I am going to push myself to lose AT LEAST 5 pounds for the Month of June....

KETO STRONG... EXERCISE STRONG... I will success.
