Was a short day.
20 min cardio
60 min strength training (back and legs) increased on all weights! Seeing results.
20 min cool down walk/stroll
Might sneak in another walk tonight. Got the work out bug, dont want to stop but things need to be done. Sigh. Lol
Never thought I would end up liking it even looking forward to my workouts.
