And then I knew

I lovely lady posted a pic on here of herself on the scale, it read 229. While I was immensely proud of her, it dawned on me that my excuse-city-of-excuses is fueled by my never have visualized seeing that number on the scale with me atop it! Without being able to visualize it, bringing it to reality is harder. But it doesn't have to be. So, here I go to schedule visualization time for myself of that low number and several other plans in the works. Man, I just keep on getting better :)
