Heavy cardio 35 min (really worked up a sweat!).
Strength training 45 min (core and arms). I stopped early because my shoulders were starting to hurt (one is a repaired rotator cuff the other is an active torn cuff. I am cleared to lift but with the promise to stop if they hurt.)
Cool down, light cardio 20 min.
May take a long walk tonight if the weather holds.
Was a good day.
