Last week of Spring 2019 5% challenge

First of all, happy memorial day. Please remember those who served and lost their lives protecting our country today.
It is the last week of the Spring 5% challenge...yay Firecrackers. I think this is the best I have done on any of these challenges so far, I may actually meet my 5% goal for the first time. I need to do really well this week. I am determined to keep the momentum going, meet the goal and be ready to meet it again in the summer challenge!
I am working on my first goal to get under 200 pounds. I still have 40+ to go, but I am hoping I can do this by the end of the year. I have to keep mindful of my portion sizes and drinking my water. I tend to get dehydrated and over eat, especially at night. The 5% challenge has helped me do better with tracking this time around and learn some new habits.
If you have not tried one of these challenges, they are awesome and really motivating. The people on the teams are friendly and helpful and cheer you on, no matter what. I definitely recommend doing the summer challenge if you have not done one before.
