I don't know if I mentioned before, but my body hates carbs. Even "healthy" carbs mess me up.

I haven't really found anything apart from garbanzo beans that really seem to compensate to some degree - but most of the time when I am hungry I don't think "dude, I want some garbanzo beans!" Maybe there are people who do that, but I am not one of them!

So what happens is avoiding carbs gets old. And then I carb out. And in addition to joint pain, swelling, gland swelling, tiredness, fatigue, muscle pain, headaches, gum pain, and digestive upset (btw, tested, and no, not gluten intolerant) that they cause for me, I just put up with it in order to take a vacay from constantly playing around avoiding them (and often spending more at the grocery to do so). Then, when I am sick of being sick, I try and take them all out again.

Anyway, short version - carbing out also means weight gain. That was actually the point. :P


I guess this week we start sifting them out again. :/
