I celebrated my Birthday Friday and turned 42! My how getting older changes things. I am not not sure where I am with my weight loss but I have been doing my exercise routine at the gym for more than a month now! I feel SO MUCH better after I do the elliptical for 5-7 min and walk for 20 on the treadmill. I also have been working in some weights.
So, here I am Back To Sparking!
