Back again after a long time away

I'm not sure when or why I stopped tracking I was doing so good here for a while. Losing weight and eating and tracking and joining challenges. Then it all just went south and I stopped doing everything. I didn't stop swimming though. I have been going swimming as much as I can. I try to go 3 days a week...M W F and that's a couple of hours of water aerobics with weights boards and noodles.. fun classes at our local YMCA. I've made a few friends and it's made me much more limber. I can now cut my own toenails and shave my legs with far less difficulty and bathing is easier too thank goodness.
I think looking at myself today I've been a bit depressed. I still am. It's just so hard to do the things I want to be doing like my garden. I am so pooped out before I begin almost. I feel like I don't get much done at all and it looks so neglected I'm embarrassed to be out there and here today I was going to push myself to work on it but it's raining :( I guess I'll just try to get back into the swing of things here and see how it goes.
