I feel like I'm starting at square -10. The last couple years my life has gone through some significant changes & I keep gaining weight. Coincidental? My new job requires me to wake up super early but my home life isn't conducive to early bedtime. I have a significant other who makes sure he gets in his daily workouts but then we don't eat dinner until 8pm. So I'm eating too late in the day and then not getting enough sleep. It's having detrimental effects on my health. Something has to give & it'll probably be family meal time for me.

    Just get back to it. Some days will be really hard, I know. I'm going through a rough time and failing more days than not. So, I relate, but we still have to at least try every day! My thoughts are with you!

    You will have to find a happy medium on meals and rest. They are both important for a happy life style. It can be done. Discuss it with your significant other and I am sure you can come up with a solution.

    Have a meal when u get home and the 8 pm can just be a snack while still getting QT
