I feel like I'm starting at square -10. The last couple years my life has gone through some significant changes & I keep gaining weight. Coincidental? My new job requires me to wake up super early but my home life isn't conducive to early bedtime. I have a significant other who makes sure he gets in his daily workouts but then we don't eat dinner until 8pm. So I'm eating too late in the day and then not getting enough sleep. It's having detrimental effects on my health. Something has to give & it'll probably be family meal time for me.
