I'm having more good days with my food by shopping for healthy food on Sunday. Over ate two afternoons and reflecting what went wrong. Thursday seems to be a hard day, I guess tired from work so a quick breakfast of toast didnt sustain me then worse I ate baked beans which had sugar, then had salty sweet cravings till dinner:/ Friday - just tired, bought some sweet biscuits for my boys had a little nibble. Pizza night and then i ate bread before bed! What was i thinking!! Should have had a salad with a slice of pizza to sustain me. And pizza probably doesnt have filling protein Missy. Report card - room for improvement there ;) So next Wednesday put porridge in pot ready for thursday morning. Friday if my husband brings home takeaways have an egg with salad and a slice of pizza on the side.. that sounds like a pretty simple fix. Go me weekend chores await...
