Well today was 1 week of going back to the gym. Did my visit with my trainer, got my cardio goals for the week. See how I do next week when I meet with her. Not sure if it’s possible but I think my fat hurts, haha well my abdomen hurts but still think it’s the fat. But I am doing 30 minutes of cardio so hopefully soon I’ll have some endurance built up. I’m actually excited & looking forward to seeing some results, just have to be patient. Didn’t put it on overnight sure not going to lose it overnight.
Well I’m not real good at sharing about my weight, so just hoping that by writing ✍️ here it will help me to stay on track and see the progress.
