10 days and going strong!

10 days ago I started weighing, measuring, and logging everything I eat and drink. It's been a long time since I have been this consistent! In ten days I have only gone over my calories once.
I have been planning better and making better choices and I feel great!!! I am doing this for me and I am worth it!
