QUIET TUESDAY

Tuesday, May 21, 2019

I don't know about this P.T.. It seems as though I am feeling worse! I realize sometime it takes awhile. But, even from one session to the next it doesn't ease up! I get home from a treatment and I am down! As I recall, many years ago when I had treatments I had the same results! I thought I was moving slowly, but, even more so now.

The state of Ohio has had 14 confirmed tornadoes so far this year! The other evening we had two in this county. All I can do is rest and take it easy!

Do any of you get what is called "Robo-Calls?
They are getting to be ridiculous! It doesn't help to put them on a do not call list. They seem to know how to get around that. In fact, earlier, hubby's sister called and said she thought we had just called her. But, here's the 'kicker'. Apparently, they called us right away. She and we, don't have the same last name, we live in different states. They say they come from all over the world.

I believe I mentioned that hubby's blood work came back questionable. And, would need an MRI on his stomach. He has had a stomach ache since Monday. So much so, it kept him home and 'down' today!

Isn't life interesting?

BLESSINGS 😉

PT is not the easiest to deal with but takes time and patience. About those annoying phone calls- I have call display and when I see that the call is from one of those numbers that can't be anything but some ass trying to get information from me I answer the call as follows. "you have reached the Guysborough detachment of the RCMP. How may I direct your call?" They hang up pretty quick

Hope you and your therapist can come up with a treatment plan that works for you. I hope your DH can get that MRI soon so you'll have some answers. Keep us posted, please! Praying for you both. emoticon

Oh goodness! I'm sorry to hear of your PT not working out for you. Maybe talk with your therapist?
I hope your hubby gets to feeling better soon. An MRI would nail things down, tho.

It's hard for me to commit to anything long term.
It' seems every time I do, hubby's situations pull me away!
    He comes first!
Every thing after 57yrs (Sept. 01, 2019) I have put either the kids or he first!
Just your 'old-school' mama, I guess.

OH boy. Talk w/your Dr and therapist about how you're feeling. Maybe a new treatment plan needs to be worked up.

Wow! Stay safe with the spring season of tornadoes.

So sorry to hear about your DH's situation.

    Prayers and blessings.

PT is hard but it does work if you work it. Hang in there. You can do it. We had a tornado go through our town in NH a couple of years ago. Luckily, it missed all houses and no injuries. Stay safe. Hope you and your hubby are doing better.
