May 21, 2019 Update

Things I am doing that seems to make me feel better:
I am taking my medications differently.
I am doing different things to keep active - shaking it up a bit.
My determination is still hanging in there.
I am accomplishing more from my to-do list; it's a good feeling.

Things I will be working on in June:
Work on my accountability. Helena will help here. I got a "Are you getting into trouble in the night by eating?" the other night.
Get better at water intake.
Work on getting out of the house more.
