Back... Kind Of

Back on after a very long break. Right now I'm trying to get some exercise going. Sparkpeople does not support a plant based diet (which is insane given all the research!!!!!) so I won't use it for much else. Also since I follow the principles of calorie density and I'm a recovering food addict I don't track, weigh, or measure my food. I eat when I'm hungry, as much as I want, stop when I'm full. Repeat whenever I'm hungry again. Tracking with Sparkpeople didn't help me lose weight, it just made me obsessed with tracking. Eating like this I've lost over 70 lbs and as long as I eat "left of the red line" I lose. Once I eat foods higher in calorie density I start gaining again. Anyway, I'm rambling.
