Joined Planet Fitness Saturday.
Today was my first day back in the gym after many months. I decided to start with the stationary bike (arthritic knees) and then used the treadmill on incline (levels 3-9)
I can tell my muscles have weakened but I am looking forward to the process of creating a consistent workout habit and strengthening my body once again.
I have already made my step goal for the day but will be taking a walk later this afternoon and doing some stretches to prevent muscle cramps (problematic for me)
I feel like change is in the air as long as I remember why i am doing this!
