I need to be committed to my journey because:

*I want to be active.
*I want to participate in activities with my family.
*I want to feel comfortable being in a photo.
*I want to travel.

I've always kept in the back of my mind how fun it would be if I was smaller. This year, I really started putting some pieces together. After losing 30 pounds, I came to a rut. It wasn't a plateau though. I stopped staying in my calorie range and I stopped eating healthier. I haven't really gained any weight though with my excessive eating but that's because I've been pushing myself harder with my workouts. I am committed to taking back control of my eating. I can hardly imagine how much weight I would have lost these past two months if I was committed. Today I made a plan for nutrition. One week at a time.
