Make-believe Spa Weekend

Daaaaammmmn, I had a rough week. No particular reason, just busy. Too busy, apparently, to plan meals, work out, etc., etc., etc. Or should I say, excuses, excuses, excuses... So I'm going to imagine what my life would look like if I had a spa and meditation weekend ...
7:30 Wake up. Prepare a smoothie of spinach, banana, strawberries, soy milk, and protein powder.
8:00 Get to Xperience Fitness. Lift weights. Take 8:30 spin class.
9:30 Grocery store run: Get drinks for soccer, salad for lunch, salmon for dinner
Meditate, clean, read...coffee...
11:00 Salad for early lunch
12:00 Soccer game
1:30 Take daughter to dance and hit Sam's Club.
3:00 Back home. Leash up the dog for a 20-30 minute walk in the neighborhood if it's not raining.
Meditate, clean, read...
Dinner: Salmon, steamed veggies, rice
Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, soy milk
Afternoon workout: elliptical, bike. 70 minute minimum
Long hot bath with a book and perhaps a glass of wine
Dinner: baked chicken, veggies, bulger wheat
