Dealing with health problems and how to not quit

For way too long I have let my health and the way "I feel" get in the way of being healthy. I can choose to let the problems define me or I can define them. They are always going to be a part of who I am but I can change the way I decide to deal with them. I have decided blaming me being overweight, tired, and just unhappy on my health is not working anymore. I am going to take my health and make it better. Yes, I will always have the health problems I have but I am going to take control and move forward by controlling them. No they will not go away when I lose the weight. No I will not be magically in a perfect world. The perfect world is all on how I look at my world. There will be down days and up days but I can be happy. One step, one day, one minute at a time. Not tomorrow, not Monday but today. It is a beautiful day and I am happy to be sharing it with my family and Maxwell (my puppy)! It is not going to be a perfect unicorn and rainbows all the time but I can breath and smile.
