Well it's back to work tomorrow. I haven't come up with a plan to deal with being exposed to food all day. It's like being a kid in a candy shop. Before I know it I take a bite if this and a bite of that. I also bought smart food popcorn but it's not so healthy when you eat three or four servings. I set myself up for loss of self control on that one.i think I'm gonna throw the rest away.i need to add some fiber to my diet . Im just having a hard time with the sodium restriction.my first goal was to stop eating those big pickles everyday. I've done that. I still can't seem to get my sodium under 3 grams a day. I tried the healthy choice meals but they just don't taste good. I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow so I need to figure it out.
