Day 48 - all the things are easier to do now

Nothing too special to report today. I am a little frustrated at the lack of pounds being lost at the moment. In a plateau I suppose. Still feeling pretty good except been tired the last few days. Hasn't had any negative effect on my workouts though.

Something I am continuing to notice and enjoy on a day to day basis is that I feel as if I am simply moving through life with much more ease. Like I can do more and be ok. My body doesn't feel so sluggish. Even when I went to jog a little in the middle of my walk I felt like I was able to just start moving faster without feeling as if I was having to carry a boulder on my back while I did so. Like my entire body just moves when I want it to move now. Rolling over in bed is easier, walking is easier, lifting heavy water jugs is easier, sweeping the house is easier, bending over to pick things up is easier, getting up and down off the floor is easier. It is pretty cool!

    In the beginning I was told to keep track of my measurements because they would be more noticeable before weight change. What I realized finally my body was shifting around, I would be losing fat , but gaining muscle which weighs more. emoticon
