Day 144 - wohoooo, I did it !

Finally got over the 70lbs weight loss hump. Still 130lbs to go, but after an iffy week last week, I am back on track and as disciplined as can be. Focused, energized, positive. Feels great.
Have been doing well since getting home from my business trip end of last week and been able to re-focus and get back into my routine.
But, another long business trip coming up in 10 days. I am committed to be disciplined, and prepared. But also know that if it is not going to go perfectly, I will be ok. I know what I have to do, chose to do, and want to do.
I have been able to stick to my original commitments, and I believe it has made a huge difference, especially with discipline and controlling any cravings. No soft drinks, no diet soft drinks, no energy drinks (water only really), no fast food, no pizza, no deliveries and no drive-thoughs. I‘d say I have been 99% successful in avoiding refined carbs.
Yes, I do have my occasional craving, but don’t starve myself and eat enough food to nourish me, versus eating for the sake of filling myself up. I know I am not going hungry, so I am ok not to stop at the drive through after a stressful day. I am not opting for what‘s convenient or what‘s easy, but I am deliberately choosing what I know is right!
So, things are going well and I continue to be super energized and positive that I am making all the right choices. Actually really proud of myself.
Day 144 - 70.4lbs down - only 129.6lbs or 456 days to go to 225

C - COMMIT + Plan every day - I choose to see every day as a new opportunity!
A - ACT on my plans consistently - I choose to take the initiative, I own this!
R - RECORD + REVIEW daily - what worked, what didn’t - Celebrate every victory, learn from any challenge!
E - EMRACE the journey - I choose to own every decision and every choice and will not be derailed by one challenge, by one bad choice!
