The past few nights I have felt like binge eating not sure what is going on here but I did eat more that usual the past two nights but last night I managed to stay within my calorie range. I need to concentrate on reading or sewing at night it keeps my mind of food. I don't want to put back on what I lost and I want to keep losing 2 lbs a week.

    You could binge on crunchy celery or cauliflower. A couple dill pickles will give you crunch and no calories (watch sodium though).

    Those graving hit every so often/ I'm always afraid to give in to them for fear I won't stop eating. I try all the typical things first - drink water, go for a walk, do something to keep my mind occupied but at times there trick fail. So occasionally I do give in. To my delight, I actually can stop. I will "dish out" a little and when it's gone. I am actually know that 1/2 cup ice cream (frozen yogurt is a good substitute), count or weigh out my pretzels, etc. My graving is satisfied and I don't feel guilty.

    I understand as well. I tend to read or crochet at night, but sometimes the need to snack overcomes me. It is so very hard to ignore it. I have found that if I drink decaffeinated tea at night, it helps to curb some of my mindless snacking. There are some pretty delicious teas out there, if you are a tea drinker. Try not to beat yourself up when you do binge. I know that is hard to do as well, but we all stumble on our journey, and it sounds like you are committed to moving forward.     Yep night time is a challange for me too! So I put in my 20 minute walk video and drink water! Go sound to sleep! What a change for me!

    I completely understand. I want to keep the weight off too and definitely don't want to put it back on. I seem to be having a hard time the last couple of nights too. I ate pretzels last night. So today when I stepped on the scale for the day I had not lost anything. Really hoping I am not hitting a plateau. I am not sure how often you hit those or when.
