Busy day today but not as much movement as I would have liked. I had to spend time at the computer today which is a lot of sitting...BUT, I finished planning the choir music for June, typed it and took to the secretary at the church so she will have it for bulletins, etc; I also completed my Music article for the newsletter ahead of time … due Friday.
My steps was 5,562
plus I did some pushups, housework, laundry, cooking, etc. I thought I had ate too much but was actually on target with my calories and carbs. My lunch was really healthy though … pinto beans with sausage, mashed cauliflower, beets, and okra tomatoes. Delicious. Tonight was tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches.
All in all, it was a good day. I'll try to work harder tomorrow to get more movement in and eat healthy foods.
