I've been pretty busy with work, while trying to rest when I was able to. Plus, events! So I haven't updated in here in a couple weeks.
I have been doing pretty well with eating about 3-4 days a week the past couple of weeks and then okay on the rest of them.
I'm getting consistent walking in too and doing better with drinking a minimum of 8 cups of water each day.
Overall, I am making progress in the right direction!
The boys only have two weeks left of school, so I'm trying to figure out how I will work from home with them home full-time, and also trying to make the most of the time I do have left where I can work while they are at school.
Tomorrow my niece and I are going bowling.
