This is my current project. I have been better at it but more rigid in the past. The goal is to remain open, teachable, and follow through even when I don't feel like it.

I didn't exercise during lunch today. I have a summer cold. I was going to and brought my clothes to exercise. The two nurses I work with said it wasn't a good idea and I should rest. So, I graded finals during my lunch hour. Not rest, but less active than a walk with Leslie Sansone. Might do a little strength training tonight if I can muster up the energy.

    I agree - rest when you're not well so you can get better quicker.

    Have you read Atomic Habits by James Clear? A nurse/spark friend recommended it to me - it has helpful suggestions for making and maintaining habits when your willpower doesn't make the grade.
