Ok, so I am back. For the last 3 weeks I have been doing 30 min of cardio 4/5x a week as well as 30-60 min of strength training 4x a week.
This blog is to keep me honest with myself and to make sure that I stick with it even durring the summer.
35 min on treadmill
45 min weights
(Still trying to get about a 20 min walk in outside)
