Goals for May 13 - 19

Good week last week! I maintained my weight, ending the week at 151.4 and I did really well with tracking and fitness minutes. Mother's Day brunch was delicious and naughty, so I'm not weighing in today. I want to give my body a chance to readjust to normal meals again.

This week's goals:

Current weight: 151.4
Goal for 5/18: 150.4

Nutrition: Keep tracking and stay under 1500 daily.

Fitness plans:
Monday - Taekwondo or Dog walk
Tuesday - Xperience Fitness right after work
Wednesday - Working late, dog walk
Thursday - Xperience Fitness right after work
Friday - Xperience Fitness right after work
Saturday - Nice day - walk in the park while Katie is at dance? With the dog!
