Recap of my yesterday--My 20th blog post! :)

I had a great day! It was slow and long. I ate yummy Chinese food, took a long drive, meditated for 32minutes and exercised for about 2 hours. Some exercises were tough but I completed them nonetheless and now my back is sore, which is an indication that I did a great job.
I was going to see a movie but decided not to and it's a good thing-- I was EXHAUSTED on my way back home! I probably would have fallen asleep in the theater. :). That would have been rude and embarrassing, no thanks.
So instead I want home and crashed out. I intentionally made my bed earlier yesterday and when I came home to crash on it I truly was grateful! It looked so pretty and pristine, it seemed to call to me and I was so glad to answer it's symbolic request.
Meditating for as long as I did was inspiringly new to me and I live it. I focused on breaths and was able to settle post fidgeting a little. I found guided methods annoying and swiftly switched to bowl sounds and then healing-focused music (Thanks YouTube!).
My day was beautiful and now I'm tired all over again after writing about, must be the relaxing effects:)
