Progress report 12/05/2019.

I am very pleased and proud of my progress having lost 32lbs with an appropriate reduction in dimensions in all the right areas of my body. There are a few saggy areas appearing but I presume these will diminish over time with exercise. I played 18 holes of golf yesterday and couldn't help noticing that I was moving relatively comfortably and it was easier walking. Although the joints in the lower half of my body were still painful I completed the game in better physical condition than on previous occasions. As one of my goals is to be able to enjoy rather than endure taking part in my favourite sports, it is particularly pleasing to have positive reinforcement that I am on the right track at last.
