It's time for me to make some goals for my weight loss. In the next 12 weeks I want to lose a minimum of 4 pounds. I can exercise 6 days a week (strength training at least twice a week), keep within my calorie goal range, and up my protein.
Today is a success even though we've had headaches. We ate light, and I was able to get outside for a very short walk this afternoon for some fresh air.
