Goal for 5/12/19-stay in calorie range!

Goal for today 5/11/19-stay in range.

Smart Goals-
CARDIO
Specific: I will do 30-60 minutes of cardio 5X per week.
Measurable: I will use SP to track my workouts
Achievable: I am committed to using Team Body Project/Fitness Blender/home vids
Relevant: I will increase my Cardio.
Time: Ongoing Goal!
Obstacle: My knees.
Solution: I will modify as needed but push myself!

STRENGTH/FLEXIBILITY/BALANCE
Specific: I will do 15 minutes of ST/Yoga exercises 2X per week.
Measurement: Tracking on SP & my spreadsheet.
Achievable: I can do this by incorporating more Team Body Project/Fitness Blender workouts.
Relevant: This will improve my balance, flexibility and strength.
Time: Ongoing goal!
Obstacle: Knees
Solution: I will modify as needed but push myself!
