Today’s outcome

Circuit court begins June 21 for him. He has 2 counts of 3 which is prison time, and 2 counts of 4 which is jail time and his plea deal was no counts of 3 , 1 year of jail and no sex offenders list. I am not going to allow him to do to another female what he did to my daughter. Or have a mom go through what I have been through by allowing him to have no former charges, and not a sex offender. He has lived in 8 different states and lived in this complex one week and he messed with the wrong mom. I still think he got off before and if it takes a jury trial than it does. Friday’s court date has been postponed until the following Friday which is also at the circuit court level. And Wednesday is district court for #2 the one I tape recorded his confession and if no plea than on to circuit court for him too. I love the prosecutors and the support they are providing. Above and beyond what I expected
