Started my day about 3 am as I could not sleep so got up and started working on my house. Before the day was done, I had completed the living room, bedroom, computer room (major decluttering and rearranging office), kitchen and dining room. This was staying steady for most of the day. I also did an hour of piano practice and walked … are you ready for this?...11,350 steps. I'm getting back in the groove. I am really tired tonight and feel it was a good day with a lot accomplished. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I plan to do more days like this (except for the getting up at 3am)… need to sleep more.
