Goals for May 7-12

Last week went VERY well. Writing down the goals helped me keep my focus. Here we go for a new week!

Current weight: 151.6
Weight goal: 151.0

Nutrition: Continue to stay between 1200 and 1500 calories, hitting nutritional targets. Focus on seven servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

Sunday: Bike ride
Monday: Light pilates
Tuesday: Lifting and cardio at Xperience Fitness (80 minutes)
Wednesday: walk? Xperience? Best to go on the way home from work.
Thursday: No workout -- Parent meeting for daughter's dance team!
Friday: Lifting and cardio at Xperience Fitness (80 minutes)
Saturday: Dog walk
