What happened to April???
It wasn't a good Spark month for me - no motivation.
Our spring is off to a slooooow start, we have had maybe one day near 70, most of the rest in the 40-50 range.
Been keeping the same old goals in mind --
Freggies - Aim for 5 or more a day. - Did an April challenge and hit it 29 out of the 30 days.
Water -- At least 48oz/day -- Way low on plain ol' H2O, but getting this amount of fluids a day.
Cardio - Work on the "at least 10 minutes a day" plan -- pretty sorry on this one, about 10 days...
So let's try this again this week --
Freggies - Aim for 5 or more a day. - In a challenge for May, so far it's been good.
Water -- Signed up for a monthly challenge for this which says we can count all non-sweetened fluids. So far it's been good, but I need to cut out the diet cola...
Cardio - Work on the "at least 10 minutes a day" plan -- In a challenge for this, also and have hit it so far this month (4 days this week...)
Reporting each day's results seems to keep me on track.
