S - SPECIFICALLY, I want to lose at least 12 lbs and get back into good workout habits, within my physical restrictions, over the next 12 weeks.
M - MEASURABLE by tracking nutrition, fitness minutes, and weigh-ins.
A - ATTAINABLE by planning ahead, being accountable, participating in challenges within my ability and coming in to the team chat for support.
R – REALISTIC I know my limitations, but even so, I think a 1 lb/week loss is a realistic goal.
T - TIME I want to achieve this goal over the next 12 weeks.
My 3 Nutrition Goals:
1. Track every bite!
2. Breakfast that includes protein for every day. Nothing to eat after 8 PM
3. Minimum of 6 glasses of water/day
