April Review and May Goals

My first goal for April was to exercise at least 10 minutes every day. I didn’t meet that goal, but I did exercise 23 days of the month. My second goal was to do strength training three times a week, and my third goal was to do yoga two times a week. I didn’t come close to meeting those two goals. I am going to keep the same three goals for May, and hopefully I will do better this month!
