My personal goals for May:
1. Drink more water - more water than tea, coffee or anything else.
2. No using food to sooth an emotional upset - journal this.
3. Move more - use Fitbit to validate this.
4. No bringing snacks in full bags in front of the tv or computer. Snacks will be placed on plates or napkins and tracked.
5. Track food
These may not seem like big goals to anyone else, but my goals aren't about comparison or whether you think they are big enough. They are about me. They are about where I am right now. I don't need anyone's approval. This is my journey, my struggle, my journal.
