Staring May with a BANG!!!!

How is it that I have not written a blog in about 6 weeks? Time sure does fly. I’m still struggling with my nutrition. Easter did not help. But I’m conscious of what goes into my mouth, so I’m being careful and marking everything down. I will get it figured out.

With today being the last day of April I am feeling pumped for May to begin. I decided to start a 30 day whole body fitness challenge (or schedule). Something I found on Pinterest and I feel as though it will work for me. I am planning on doing the exercises when I get home from work. I think each day will take between 30-45 minutes. I am sure there will be a lot of sweating and swearing involved but I’m ready to try something new and kick some of this weight to the curb.

I know my boyfriend will encourage me and maybe I can even get him or my step-daughter to do some of the exercises with me….of course with Herb’s knee he can only do exercises in the chair but every little bit helps! (Looks like his next surgery will be in June….maybe).

The nice weather is coming and I’m excited for what the next few months will bring. Hopefully by the end of May (with this new schedule) I will be in better shape and ready to do some fun outside activities.
