Making healthy bowls for meal prep this week. Beef, chicken, and pork for protein. Veggies include: spinach, kale, broccoli, shredded brussel sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, purple and green onions. Carbs: brown rice noodles, corn, diced sweet potatoes, chick peas and quinoa. Looking forward to the variety of flavor combinations these bowls will provide. The highlight of this prep was we saved over $100 on our grocery bill!🍽🥗🥣
