No I didn’t. ... but I sure wanted to!!!!
Since being on this low carb plan, I’ve lowered the number on the scale by 17 pounds!
I normally do not crave sweets, in fact I rarely feel hungry. But yesterday we started our day with low carb pancakes, and hubby added some beautiful sliced fresh strawberries on top., Well the sweet in the strawberry, sparked my lust for sweets.
Luckily I always have fat bombs in the freezer. But after having one, then another one, I noticed that I wanted to eat the whole box of them., But I did not do it!!!!
Instead I increased my water, and got outside and enjoyed the beautiful spring warmth.
Yay for me! That was a huge hurdle!!
