15 minutes left, not doing another thing...

Very busy day/work at home day. Got locked out of my work account today and had to wait for an Administrative angel to extend their halo in my direction so I could get back in. Plus complex issues to deal with, lots of work volume.
I'm seeing the amount of snacks I'm logging decrease by half on some days. Still find it a challenge to drink all that water. I've always found that if I "go on a diet" I set myself up for a fall. A binge. So I have to tread gently.
Reading or listening to: Ocean Robbins' "30 Day Food Revolution" and Neal Barnard's "Vegan Starter Kit". Also listening to a novel by Hernan Diez: "In the Distance". My husband has been raving about this book. He reads a little each day at lunchtime in his Kindle. It's about a 19th century young Swedish immigrant separated from his brother. He travels across America to try and find him. Is author's first novel, and up for a Pulitzer.
I have to listen to books because once I am done with kitchen duties at night our cat demands attention. Or something else does. Now I understand why my mother didn't read, and this shocked me as a kid. I love to read. Thank God for audio books!
