BLC40 - My how time flies

Looking to add some challenges to your weight and fitness goals. BLC is about to start again. I've been in at least 10-15 of these round of the Biggest Loser Challenge. I've been on super fitness teams, and take it at your own pace. Sometimes I am in the mood to track food, sometimes not so much. I've met some really nice folks that I have kept in touch with through the years on other social media sites.
And these Challenges keep me honest.
I need a new knee and there is even a take it easy team for folks like me who at this point in my life can't go full speed ahead.
