4/23/19 - New Trainer

Started with a new trainer last week. Have always loved his vibe and energy. So far soo good. His meal plan is simple and he's making me workout alot when I'm not with him. So we do weights 2 times a week together. Then when not training with him the 3 days I'm supposed to run 3 miles and do 100 pushups and 100 crunches each day and text him when done (this keeps me accountable and also I finally walked/jogged 3 miles this week! First time in couple of years). Then 1 day I take their free circuit training group class. 1 day rest. He's a bit more expensive as he's a more seasoned trainer so not sure how long I can keep him for. Maybe even if I did 1 day a week perhaps can work. We shall see. I have two more sessions left. Ramadan is also coming up in May so not sure how much I can workout as I'm usually sweating like crazy at end of workout and drink water. I think I'll give it a try though like continue working out in evenings so when I'm done ot should he close to opening fast. Another alternative to keeping my trainer is doing his group classes. Price is reasonable. I just personally don't like it because i can't focus. I like the one on one better. Oh and the month where I had no trainer I was still able to loose some weight, yey! Glad I didn't mess the hard work. Now I'm almost to onederland!!! I'm at 203.6 lbs must not have cheat meal this week and next lol protein and veggies all the way and some good fat!
