179.4 not at goal yet despite 21 week workout streak

Ok so vacation didn’t go too bad.
I was committed to running and I did
My 1st scale goal is still to be 179.0 or lower for 1 week
It’s slow going
Water 💦 goal met
Today exercise done ✅. Not the greatest- but I did everything the trainer said just had to modify
Some 🏋️♀️ workouts just don’t make sense for me right now. Like jumping. It’s too hard on my hips and knees. Or workouts that have a lot of transitions from floor to standing. That’s awful.
But hoping persistence pays off. 21 week workout streak of 5 days each week
