It's been awhile since I made a green drink. Finally, tonight I made one for dinner and it was good. Cucumber, kale, chard, spinach, mango, water, lemon, hemp seeds, granny smith apple, celery. This was a good way to end the evening.

After my doctor reached out to warn me that some blood work improved she also said some is trending the wrong way. I was warned to lose weight. Ok. Got it.

I'm not together this week. Sunday will be my crackdown day and I'll try a 30 day run on Whole 30 again. Until then I'll just need to try my best.

Any one been here before?

I was in the habit of making a green drink daily; had to get ahold of myself as I added too many fruits high in sugar. Now I do the greens you mentioned, but to one glass I only add two oz. of raspberries ... fruits or many of the have very high sugar content, even if natural; still sugar ... I personally did not do well w/ Whole 30 but do great with LCHF or keto. Whatever works.

Your green drink sounds good. How large are yours? I tend to over do and make mine too big.

We've all had those days or weeks (or sometimes longer) when we fall off the wagon and lose sight of our healthy goals. The good news is that today is a new day, and there's always an opportunity to start fresh. If you've been struggling to find the motivation you need, look no further. What is one thing you can do today to get things moving in the right direction again? Don't give up on the goals you've worked so hard to achieve. Success is possible!
