It's been awhile since I made a green drink. Finally, tonight I made one for dinner and it was good. Cucumber, kale, chard, spinach, mango, water, lemon, hemp seeds, granny smith apple, celery. This was a good way to end the evening.
After my doctor reached out to warn me that some blood work improved she also said some is trending the wrong way. I was warned to lose weight. Ok. Got it.
I'm not together this week. Sunday will be my crackdown day and I'll try a 30 day run on Whole 30 again. Until then I'll just need to try my best.
