Back on track!

Okay, so I have my exercises under my belt, am working on my laundry and other items on my "to do" list. It's grown since I was gone.

My blood sugar this morning was only 171 before breakfast! Yesterday it was 206 or something like that, but I hadn't exercised on Sun and ate a big lunch, including pie. Saturday I forgot to check my sugar before I worked out so I checked it was 218, but I figure it was up partly in response to my exercise...last week I checked it before supper and it was good at 133. It's fluctuating, but improving so I'm happy!

Once I get my "to do" list done, I may go out and buy some flowers and get them potted. I'm ready for plants!! Went and cut the daffodils and tulips that were blooming and brought them inside to go with the other flowers I bought last week. The tulips were closed and within a short time of being in the water, they were totally open! Wow!
